Charges are based on the services requested.

Private charters are based on a hourly rate.

Out of town pickup & dropoff are always flat rates.

For hire services are bases on mileage.

Overtime hours are charged in one hour increments or any part thereof.

A fuel surcharge is applied to all quotes at a rate set periodically.

Any parking, taxes and entrance fees will be added to the charges.

Any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time will be charged $40.00.  (This fee can only be waived if appointment was scheduled less than 24 hours and cancelled within 2 hours of  pick-up time).

Any cancellations at pick-up spot or “no shows” will be charged the full price of scheduled trip.

A cleaning fee will be applied for any spills that will require cleaning with more than a vacuum or a wet towel.

Driver room must be provided for any overnight trips otherwise room charges will be applied.

Any transfers must be completed within two (2) hours of spot time ordered or an hourly rate will apply for the excess hours.

Additional services must be authorized by our office, and may be paid in cash.

Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.

Drugs, Smoking and Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in our vehicles at any time.

Customer will be held responsible for all damages to the vehicle or its contents due to negligence, intentional misconduct or malicious mischief.

We have the right to terminate/refuse service or evict anyone who threatens the safety of the other passengers, the driver, the vehicle or other properties.

The driver reserves the right not to take a vehicle to an unsafe or illegal location that could cause damages to the vehicle, property, people or lead to an arrest.

Unpaid accounts 14 days and over from service date will be charged 5% of balance per week.
